Girl group UNIS (Jin Hyun-joo, Nana, Jellydanka, Kotoko, Bang Yun-ha, Elicia, Oh Yun-a, and Lim Seo-won) is making a comeback by reinterpreting a classic hit song that dominated the 90s.
UNIS will release the remake single "Sky Land Star Land" through various music streaming sites at noon on the 8th.
The new track is a reinterpretation of a hit song by female duo BIBI released in 1997. UNIS will maintain the original song's distinctive addictiveness and bright atmosphere while adding kitsch high-teen charm and trendy K-pop sound to deliver sensibilities that span generations.
In particular, attention is focused on the fact that this is the first remake song they are showcasing since their debut. Expectations are high for UNIS, who has shown various concepts so far, to present a new look with Y2K sensibilities.
