Singer Choi Su-ho is expanding his activities by taking the microphone as a radio host.
His agency, Pogo Entertainment, announced on the 1st that Choi Su-ho has been selected as the main DJ for BTN Radio's new program "Choi Su-ho's Daily Suho," and will begin his first broadcast today at 6 p.m. Fans are anticipating and showing great interest in his new venture, as he will meet listeners every weekday evening.
"Choi Su-ho's Daily Suho" is a daily music program that airs at 6 p.m. every weekday. Choi Su-ho will introduce carefully selected recommended songs, listener stories, and song requests, and plans to provide listeners who are winding down their day a comfortable and relaxed evening by sharing various daily stories embedded in the music. Based on his uniquely warm and friendly atmosphere and conversational skills, he is expected to communicate more closely with listeners.
Choi Su-ho, who has progressed in traditional Korean music since childhood and has mastered various genres including trot, is expected to demonstrate his capabilities as a DJ and unique song selection sense beyond being a singer through this broadcast. He gained attention by placing 5th in TV Chosun's "Mr. Trot 2" and recorded 6th place in MBN's "Active Singer King 2," reaffirming his excellent vocal ability and presence while carrying out active activities.
Ahead of his first broadcast, Choi Su-ho expressed excitement about being able to share music he loved with listeners, stating that he would create a program listeners could comfortably enjoy after finishing their day and would share his own stories honestly.
